I had ordered from Grubhub and I wish that I had just waited versus ordering from here.
I ordered white rice with a double order of beef and broccoli however what I got looked like a bunch of white rice and broccoli. To add insult I didn't get any utensils to eat my food, no napkins or condiments.
When I called about the order I was told that it's the drivers responsibility to get utensils, napkins and condiments. However the fact that I got a bunch of dry food that looked like it was on the verge of its expiration and should have been tossed out, we won't talk about that.
At this point I'm pissed off as I'm hungry, I'm stuck without a means to eat the food and I'm scared to eat this crap as I don't want to get sick.
Disappointed is just the tip of the iceberg as to what I'm feeling right now. And Erika didn't offer much help besides call Grubhub
Went back today and was greeted by Vivian - she asked me if I wanted to sample anything and made some suggestions. Went with what my little person gets - orange chicken bowl with white rice. He said it was really good in which he even ate the rice. I personally felt like the rice was over cooked and the chicken was okay - overall it was a much better experience than the previous one. -

Poor poor service. It's St. Patrick's Day and my friends wanted to stop here for a quick bite. All I needed was an egg roll. And they didn't have them ready. But that wasn't the first thing not ready.
There weren't any veggies ready.
There wasn't any orange chicken ready.
There wasn't any beef and broccoli ready.
I said I was waiting on egg rolls.
The cashier rolled her eyes and said it would be an 8 minute wait and if I "really" wanted to wait that long. I said I'll decide when I'm finished waiting and stood there for APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE before the fresh eggs rolls were available.
Disgraceful service for this area to say the least. -

I used to go to Panda once a week but now I maybe go once a month. I hate the veggie mix they have now. They used to have cabbage, zucchini,carrots and broccoli. Now they took out zucchini and carrots and put in kale. This really sucks. I use kale to feed my bearded dragon not eat it. It grows bigger as you eat it. Please go back to zucchini and carrots.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier was rude AJ is her name. I came for the T-Mobile Tuesday special free bowl of orange chicken which i don't ever order. I rarely come here ever anyways. But the lady was rude and wouldn't help me with my online order and since there's no WiFi i couldn't even order. I was ordering "paying" for my friend and my kids food too but since she couldn't help me and rushed me off i just left. She just threw my food away in front of me and started talking to the next people behind me. I won't be back. I should have left a bad review last time i came and got the extra over cooked behind beef i couldn't even bite into it

The line was out the door and Poor scarlet was working the register all by herself. This hindered her ability to provide quality customer service and prevented her from selling side items to several people because she is being over worked.
